At Willow and Wander, we aim to create a hollistic approach to mental health and wellbeing. Using modern research alongside traditional tried and tested methods, we will create a personalised plan for each individual.
We focus on each child’s strengths and difficulties, and create a set of bespoke theraputic sessions. We work together with the child and their family to support the creation of routines and regulation techniques that will reinforce the wellbeing of the home between sessions and once sessions have concluded.
We start with an introductory session, meeting with both the parents/guardians and the young person to allow for a full understanding.
After this, you will recieve your bespoke session plan. We start with a 6 week course, but this will be reviewed and can continue for as long as needed.
